Exchange and Return Policy

At Yumi Kids, we follow a No Return policy. Exchanges are only offered in specific cases.


Eligible for Exchange:
• Damaged product
• Wrong item delivered
• Customization error
• Missing item in order
• Manufacturing defect (case-by-case)


How to Request:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share:
    o Unboxing video (for damaged/missing items)
   o Clear product photos (for wrong/defective/customized items)

Important:
• No exchanges for personal preferences or dislikes
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Processing time: up to 15 working days
